Forty students in Form 5 were privileged to have one of their parents come in and talk to them about space exploration, satellites and how they are used to help us all here on earth.
He gave the students an enthralling insight into both the present and future of this fascinating subject. The students were most appreciative and particularly enjoyed the real astronauts’ dehydrated ice-cream. They also each received free samples from the European Space Agency.
Mougins School promotes the intervention of parents who are able to talk on a specialist subject and this enables the School to enhance the curriculum.
